Basically these are the reasons and inspiration for me to finally get on track and be healthy and earn my in shape body. I am tired of getting dressed in the morning and thinking that I hate my body, I am finally going to do something about my weight, my health, and my eating habits.
This is all meant to be motivational, never to make anyone feel bad about their body.

Ate a very unhealthy lunch of a bean burrito, fist unhealthy meal in about two weeks and it has left me feeling so ill! I seriously never want to eat junk food again! Ew
